To a matter of the purpose of legal regulation of public relationships in view of emerging the new social phenomena (interdisciplinary study)

The article deals with matters of the public regulation in modern social relations. New phenomena are emerging in our time. So public regulation must be extended to these points and effective measures for its implementation must be added. A detailed interdisciplinary analysis of the progress of society was undertaken in this article. One of the main objectives of the legal regulation is to establish conditions for comprehensive human development, to maintain social order and stability of the political regime.
