On the Normative Legal Structure of Service-Labor Relations in the Internal Affairs Bodies of the Russian Federation

The article deals with topical issues on the correlation between the norms of general and special legislation in the sphere of law enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation. The historical periods of the formation and development of rulemaking are analyzed. Particular emphasis is placed on the presence of mutually complementary factors that testify to the need for a comprehensive sectoral approach in determining the compatibility of norms, both the general specificity of labor law, and special legislation on service in the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation.
