Personality of the criminal with mental deviations

The subject researched in the article are the public relations arising in the process and concerning the legal assessment socially dangerous acts of persons with mental deviations and the prevention of crimes on their part. Information about mental activity disorganization features of a person with mental deviations should contain the motivation description, the definition of the deformation link leading to the crime-causing contamination formation and the socially dangerous act commission. Furthermore, all mental deviant psychopathological disorders determine his behavior. These psychopathological disorders must be taken in developing targeted activities elaboration preventing the socially dangerous act appearance. The authors came to the reasonable conclusions that psychopathological mechanisms are appeared particularly in the form of the individual’s criminogenic infectiousness phenomenon which must be taken into account while the mental deviant’s future behavior predicting. For the completeness of the investigation criminality’s problem of persons with mental deviations, the state, dynamics and structure of the crimes committed by these persons, the relationship between the nature of the mental disorder, the features of its clinical course and the type of crime, should be examined. Also, the psycho subjects’s psychological features determining illegal behavior should be identified and evaluated.
