A feature of additional qualification of the crime in this work is recognized as the non-necessity of direct reflection in the procedural documents. The latter does not mean its complete absence in these documents. Recall that right it is still present in the qualification with reference to Art. 30 or 33 of the criminal code. In other cases, it is also present, however, indirectly.
In this article the author considers the stages of additional qualification of the crime, namely the considered theoretical approaches to this issue and the author's conclusions on the results of the study.
