Features of the criminalistic characteristics of drug smuggling in modern conditions

The high level of crime in the sphere of customs relations, their high social danger of the latency and lack of effective opposition from law enforcement, make the actual development of scientifically based strategy and tactics of the struggle against foreign economic crimes. In article on the basis of the analysis of the current criminal and customs legislation the main problems of interaction of customs bodies according to the disclosure, investigation and prevention of foreign economic crimes and defined the main directions of improvement of activity of customs authorities in combating criminal offences in terms of the Eurasian economic Union.
