Problems of legal regulation in the venture investments field

In article are considered the main problems in the Russian venture law. Shortcomings of the legal forms and basic conditions of the investment contract provided by Russian law are defined. The changes in the legislation in the venture investments field allowing to increase economic efficiency of investment operations are offered.
