Law enforcement practice of the development of measures of prevention of minors’ deviant behavior

The subject of the study is the lack of efficiency of law-enforcement practice of execution of set of the Federal law № 120 (1999) objectives an integrated approach to the prevention of child neglect and administrative abuse by teenagers-deviants. Proposals were made to optimize complex measures of prevention of neglect and administrative offenses of minors in the Russian Federation and amendments to the legislation of the Russian Federation in order to further improve it.
