On the classification of theories of the origin of the state and law

In this article we are talking about the criteria for the classification of theories of the origin of the state and law in domestic jurisprudence. The author considers the main elements of the Theory of the origin of the state and shows the shortcomings of traditional classification of theories of the origin of the state (on the example of the patriarchal theory of the origin of the state). On the basis of analysis of current classifications of the various elements of the theory of politogenesis proposed matrix system of classification theories of the origin of the state.
