Methods of evaluation of priority investment projects in terms of economic diversification in the oil and gas region

The article deals with the concept of a priority investment project, regu-lated by the Federal Laws of Russia and the laws of the subject of the Russian Federation - KhMAO-Ugra. An alternative method for selecting investment projects for inclusion in the Priority List is proposed.
