Problems of the practice of electronic document circulation in the administration of justice in Russia

The article deals with some practical aspects of e-justice in the Russian Federation. The author analyzes the problems of technical and regulatory nature. Some shortcomings of the regulatory norms in the sphere of e-justice, preventing its dissemination, are revealed. The author offers some reforms and the forecast of development of electronic justice in Russia.
