Improving the legal security of e-government (on the example of Kyrgyzstan)

This article analyzes the fact that category "information society" has gone from being a theoretical reflection to implementation at the State level. Based on the consideration of two models for the development of the information society: Western and Eastern, expedient is to use positive experiences to avoid errors when the informatisation of State administration. Explores the current situation in the sphere of information in the Kyrgyz Republic on the implementation of the national program of digital transformation in accordance with the sustainable development of the country-2040, identified key problems of legislative provisions on e-government formation process. To address these issues examines the State of information legislation of the Republic, in which not sufficiently substantiated canceled backbone law for information sphere.
