Improvement of legal regulation activities of the owners of trade aggregators

the Author highlights the problems of legal regulation of public relations resulting from the activities of a special group of information intermediaries, which provide an opportunity to the buyer with the help of their own Internet resources to find the most profitable offer of the seller of a product and to conclude a deal with him. The draft Federal law No. 126869-7 "on amendments to the Law of the Russian Federation "on protection of consumers 'rights", as well as foreign experience of legal regulation in this area, were analyzed. The author's definition of the concept of "trading aggregator"is proposed. The necessity of adoption of the special Federal law regulating activity of owners of trade aggregators is proved.
