The article considers the features of the protocol of disagreements, as a means of preventing and resolving legal conflicts. The drafting of a protocol of disagreements is an effective way to resolve legal disputes, allowing the implementation of conflict behavior strategies such as compromise and cooperation. This method is relevant for all types of legal relations; it has legal regulation when concluding public contracts, when conducting bankruptcy proceedings, in resolving collective labor disputes.
