Evolution of e-public procurement in Russia

Currently, the procurement contract system is a subject of significant changes aimed at the process of electronicization of existing procurement procedures development So, from July 1, 2018, the ways of identifying a supplier have been expanded. In particular, customers received the right to conduct tenders, request for proposals, request for quotations in electronic form, and from January 1, 2019 this form of procurement will be uncontested for all participants of the contract system. In this regard, it becomes urgent to study the evolution of electronic procedures in the procurement sphere, as well as to identify the main trends in the process of the formation of electronic public procurement in Russia.
