Criminal liability for incitement to suicide and assistance in its commission (art. 110.1 of the criminal code)

This article deals with criminal liability for inducement to commit suicide and promoting suicide (article 110.1 of the criminal code), analyzes the changes of the criminal code, related to the establishment of additional mechanisms to counter the activities aimed at encouraging children to suicidal behavior, studied some problems of new criminal law.
