Systemic mechanisms to improve the competitiveness of production of key machine-building branches for increasing the Russian non-primary non-energy export

The article discusses the issues of an actual, still insufficiently developed scientific category - non-primary non-energy exports (NNE). Data on the methodology of calculating it are given, and the state and dynamics of export capabilities of the main engineering industries of the Russian economy are estimated. Based on the analysis, systemic mechanisms for increasing non-primary non-energy exports are formulated.
