Actual problems of the theory and realization of the legal status of minors

Currently, more attention is paid to the processes associated with a detailed study of the implementation of the rights of minors. That is why the present article analyzes the actual issue of problems and the realization of the legal status of minors. As a methodology of the article, a method of analyzing scientific literature on a given problem, as well as domestic and foreign experience on the issue under study, was chosen. The novelty of the article is to present data by comparing the actual problems of theory and realizing the legal status of minors not only in the territory of the Russian Federation, but also in another state - Finland. The actualization of the data presented in the article also indicates the need to address the problems presented at this stage of modern development of the legislation of the Russian Federation in order to avoid further deformation of the definition of the legal status of the minor.
