The formation of world justice in modern Russia is a necessary and one of the main activities on the way to the formation of the rule of law. The article discusses the process of revival and development of the Institute of magistrates in the Russian Federation, in particular in the Republic of Ingushetia. The author analyzes the current regional legislation in this area, the most acute problems impeding the effective implementation of justice of the peace, and on the basis of statistical data concludes the dynamic development of the Institute of magistrates
