Actual directions of modernization of the state regulatory function on the financial market

Dynamic changes in financial markets require constant development and improvement of state regulation. The article considers the main directions of state regulation related modernization related to prudential supervision, self-regulation and circulation of crypto-currencies. Authors conclude that Russian Central Bank’s measures are adequate to the modern economic and technological challenges. Prospects for the development of the financial market regulation have been determined.
