Concept and organizational and management aspects in the implementation of innovative projects

This article examines the theoretical aspects of the innovation project, in particular, was considered project management. Analysis of the statistics of innovative activity of the Russian Federation in the framework of the global scale. By means of the theoretical analysis the extended concept of the innovative project is resulted. The key stages of its creation and implementation are described. Types of innovative projects are presented. The characteristic of participants of the innovative project and its distinctive features are considered in detail. Interaction of elements of the innovative project is investigated. Depending on the specifics of the innovative project, one of the organizational forms of project management can be used for its implementation: functional, matrix or project management. Each of the main organizational forms was covered in this article. It is concluded that, knowing all the specific features of the innovation project, the company can get a significant economic effect, with a reasonable and appropriate use of this knowledge.
