The system of indicators of organizational culture performance management in companies with foreign capital participation

The article presents the author's system of financial and social indicators of organizational culture management at companies with foreign capital participation, including indicators of personal level, organizational level and level of the external environment. Based on these indicators, a company with the foreign capital participation can develop directions for adapting the organizational culture, monitor the progress of the adaptation process and identify "weaknesses" for which additional measures will be necessary.
