Developing preferential taxation system of parties to regional waste management structure and infrastructure (evidence from Volgograd region)

The crucial issues related to tax regulation are described both at the regional and federal levels. The main vectors of tax regulation system forming are analyzed in connection with the transition to the green economy. The most effective tools aimed at creating new and upgrading the existing capacities are revealed. The work also demonstrates potential and shortcomings of the legislative and institutional systems for creating waste collection and transportation infrastructure as well as ensuring construction of the required sorting capacity.
