New tendencies of law-application and their influence on the nature of the legal impact

The article is devoted to the phenomenon of legal influence. The impact of legal impact on law-application is considered. The special tendencies of law enforcement, due to the nature of the legal impact, are justified. The features of the idea of law as a means of legal influence are investigated.
