The problem of legislative technique in the legislative process in Russia: the federal level

Presented in the article theoretical-methodological substantiation of necessity of observance of rules of creation of normative-legal acts stipulated the topicality of the conducted study. The author gives a historical overview of the formation and development of such a phenomenon as "technology in the legislative process". The article provides evidence that the regulatory and structural element of the legislative technique means the development of the composition (structure) of the act, the formulation of the legal norms themselves, the use of references, the definition of the conditions for the entry into force of the law, thereby determining an important aspect of the future act by means of a certain arrangement of the material in a certain order.
