The problem of corruption and responses to it in the Russian Federation

in this article, the manifestation of corruption in the Russian Federation is considered as a phenomenon that harms the socio-economic sphere of society. Corruption is one of the most harmful phenomena that leads to the violation of the rights and freedoms of citizens, undermines the authority of the population in relation to the government, as well as decomposes the institution of civil society in Russia. The authors analyze the updating of the legal system of the Russian Federation in this area, emphasizing the inter-sectoral nature of the anti-corruption institution. Also the norms of the Russian legislation in the sphere of anti-corruption are analyzed, the nature of corruption crimes in the modern Russian society is studied, their social danger and consistency is noted.
