Classification and typology of forms of wills as the factor of development of the law of succession in the conditions of globalization: choice of priorities

This article discusses the experience and practice of hereditary-legal regimes of the world, a comparative analysis, the theoretical justification of ways to consider the systemic problems caused by the lack of elaboration of the issues of modern probate legislation on the classification of forms of wills and the impact of their diversity on the development of inheritance law. From the point of view of studying the institutional features, history and culture of typologies of wills, the author explores the space of ethnic diversity, uniqueness of national legal traditions of different countries. The logical conclusion has allowed to formulate recommendations for the improvement of legislation to ensure the availability of procedures for the transfer of the inheritance, and also the objectiveness of the procedure for determining the constant of localization of the latter. The author uses both system and holographic methods of research, which makes it possible to compare the object of research more fully.
