Improving the educational process in universities through the integration of small innovative business and education in public — private partnership projects

Purpose: The analysis of the current educational activity in Higher Education Institutions, identification of the main negative points in the educational sphere and a research of innovative activity in education on the basis of integration of small innovative business into interrelations with projects of public-private partnership became the purpose of article. In article ways of improvement of educational process at the university on the basis of interaction of the small innovative enterprises with educational activity are offered. Methods: The functional, static, dynamic analysis of innovative activity in Higher Education Institutions. Economical and conceptual modeling of innovative model of the advancing training of the popular expert in Higher Education Institution. Scenario method of forecasting of educational processes. Creation of economic hypotheses for development and improvement of educational and innovative activity on the basis of integration with the innovative enterprises. Results: In article problems and solutions of university graduates are investigated, the questions connected with studying of investment and innovative activity of higher education institutions, integration interaction of higher education institutions with the innovative enterprises are considered. On the basis of the revealed problems of university graduates the conceptual model of investment and innovative activity of educational process is developed and ways of its realization are offered. Conclusions: The main problems of university graduates and a way of their elimination are revealed and on the basis of methodology of the system analysis and design the innovative model of the advancing training of the popular expert and a way of its realization is offered. The main forms of implementation of projects of PPP and development of the small innovative enterprises (SIE) within the university are analysed, having conferred them full powers for development of innovative projects with the purpose of interrelation of Higher Education Institution and the innovative enterprises.
