Problems of state regulation of organizations of the agrarian and industrial complex

The article shows the role and importance of rational state support for the effective functioning and development of organizations of the agro-industrial complex. The basic forms of state stimulation of progressive development of the domestic organizations of agrarian and industrial complex are considered. On the basis of economic and statistical analysis proved quite high average efficiency of direct state financial support of organizations of the agro-industrial complex of the Russian Federation. The main institutional, organizational, personnel, financial and methodological problems of state regulation of the domestic sphere of agriculture are systematized. Recommendations for improving the state support of the agroindustrial complex of the Russian Federation, primarily in terms of stimulating the intensification of interaction with organizations of this sector of the economy of commercial banks and insurance companies, as well as the qualitative improvement of the integration of agricultural enterprises in the modern structure of the digital economy.
