The determination of the content of the constitutional right to health protection and medical care in Russia

in this article the author analyzes the constitutional law and its impact on health care and medical care in our country. The normative legal aspects in this area are considered. The author pays special attention to the role of international law in the Russian legal system and in the Russian constitutional system in the field of health care. Based on this study, it can be concluded that health should be considered as a fundamental right because of the impact of its content on the quality of life of people, its role for the economy.
