Fiscal federalism and its place in the Russian economy

The article discusses the theoretical views on federalism and gives the author's definition of this concept, the analysis of the main features of federalism allow us to conclude that it is embodied in a new form of "power federalism". The essence of fiscal federalism and the existing model of fiscal federalism inherent in our economy are revealed. The views of Russian economists on the development of the theory of fiscal federalism and its implementation are given.
