The problem of reviewing and studying issues of improving the management of meat processing activities based on the introduction of process management and the formation of business processes in enterprises is quite relevant and significant at the present stage of economic development.
In this article, using the necessary tools, the interrelation of indicators for assessing business processes is investigated, i.e. process management, with indicators of the efficiency of development of production and the economy of meat processing enterprises.
It was concluded that for efficient development a meat processing enterprise needs a multi-criteria integrated approach consisting in a comparative assessment of criterion performance indicators of divisions (business processes), as well as in using the decomposition method to calculate criterial indicators for evaluating subprocesses (functions) of main business processes, allowing to find the best solutions.
