Some problems of realization of constitutional rights of citizens to social security

The article is devoted to the identification of the most relevant economic and social problems that prevent the implementation of the constitutional right of citizens to social security by improving the social security system rights. The methodological basis of the study was the maximum collection of a specific multi-faceted objective information on the research topic, its comprehensive comparative analytical and logical analysis. This allowed the author really and most fully to study the subject in the relationship and interdependence of its components the elements, their integrity, comprehensiveness and impartiality. The essential point short comings in social sphere of Russian society. The objective conclusion about the need for as short as possible is substantiated time frame to implement a number of specific measures in the field of social legislation to address identified bottlenecks, hindering ensuring the constitutional right of Russians to decent citizens of Russia social.
