Non-governmental pension fund as a member of the investment process in infrastructure and social responsibility of it

The features of investing of NPF, as an institutional investor, his social responsibility are considered. At the beginning of each year is considering with fact that institutional investors are looking for suitable ideas for long-term investments, especially infrastructural investition. Institutional participants in the asset management market: insurance companies, private pension funds, the Pension Fund of Russia, can act as a source of medium-term financing. Their interest in infrastructure projects, showes, is because such projects have a long-term, stable profitability, although not the highest in the investment market. The authors analyzed the experience of investing infrastructure projects by Non-governmental pension fund. The analysis of investment by institutional investors of infrastructure projects, in particular NPFs, confirmed that institutional investors have enormous resources and are successful. One of the forms of social responsibility of business is the creation and support of non-state retirement insurance. Such a system ensures participation in the formation of a decent standard of living not only by the state, but also by the employer, the citizen himself, which affects the organization and implementation of effective social protection of pensioners.
