Abuse of the right of participants in labour relations as a legal phenomenon

The article analyzes the concept of «abuse of rights» in labor relations, examines some types of abuse of rights by the employee, makes proposals to improve the legislation in terms of the legislative establishment of a single definition of «abuse of labor rights».
