Features of activity of the head of territorial authority of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation at the regional level on strengthening of discipline and legality in aspect of a legal regulation

This article deals with issues regulated by regulatory legal acts, in which the responsible role is determined by the head of the internal affairs body in disciplinary legal relations. The authors explore the main problems of the legal regulation of the activities of the heads of internal affairs bodies in maintaining official discipline. Based on a comprehensive analysis of the regulatory framework in the internal affairs bodies, the article formulates and substantiates specific author's proposals aimed at eliminating legal conflicts and improving the effectiveness of measures to strengthen professional discipline and the rule of law.
