New forms of employment in the modern economy

The article deals with the peculiarities of legal regulation and the practice of applying new forms of employment in the modern economy. The author analyzes the situation of workers in such forms of employment and proves that quite often they are outside the protective function of labor law in the Russian Federation. The necessity of improvement of the current labor legislation of the Russian Federation in the sphere of regulation of labor relations in the aspect of new forms of employment, taking into account the international experience.
