Electronic monetary funds: legal regime and problems of state regulation

The article investigated electronic money as a method of settlement in the system of civil turnover, identified the distinctive features of electronic payments, investigated the current legal regime of electronic money based on the legislation of the Russian Federation and established the need to improve legislation ensuring the safety of electronic payments.
