Transformation of international strategic alliance in the conditions of globalization

In this article, the author analyzed the nature, types and motives for creating international strategic alliances in the context of globalization. The features of the goals and objectives of alliances in the modern world economy are revealed, and examples of their effective activity in various areas of business are given. In the process of analysis, key modern trends in the transformation of international strategic alliances were identified. The relevance of this topic is due to the growing interest of companies to integrate this type, since for the domestic economy such associations may become a new format of dynamic economic development.
