Civil-legal means of counteraction of corruption in the Russian Federation

the Author examines the means of combating corruption enshrined in the civil legislation of the Russian Federation. The institutions of compensation for damage and compensation for moral damage, invalidity of transactions and confiscation of property, prohibitions and restrictions on transactions were mentioned as such means. In the course of the analysis the shortcomings of the current legislation, first of all, the lack of the concept of corruption in the civil law as a basis for the recognition of transactions and actions in bad faith.
