Illegal acts in relation to the security of business often occur where there is no clear legal regulation, there is no control at all or is ineffective. It is obvious that the further normal development of entrepreneurship and market relations requires consistent state measures to ensure appropriate social programs and conditions for their implementation. Otherwise, the absence of these programs will continue to open gateways for criminal business dealers. And in the first place here should not be the development and adoption of "new" legislation, which regulates the different areas and types of business activity, and codification and systematization of already adopted.
