Improving the quality of enterprise management: problems and solutions

Background The problem of personnel selection and placement was actual for the major decision of the productive and economic problems of the enterprise and economy of Russia always. Competence of management is a multidimensional and multifactorial phenomenon which is result of objective and subjective factors which are necessary for considering and correcting according to dynamically changing purposes of a society and industrial activity. Article considers tendencies of change of qualitative characteristics of modern managers, considered typical problems and offered ways of the decision of problems. Methods In the course of research have been used methods of reception of the primary and secondary information has been used: methods of sociological researches, methods of the logic, statistical analysis. Result Researches have revealed typical problems of Enterprise management and offered directions of improvement quality of management. Conclusion Development of the new approach to selection of managers will raise quality and competence of the management. It will promote increase of management efficiency by the enterprises of Russia.
