this article describes a mechanism to improve the quality of living conditions of citizens, as the overhaul of the common property of apartment buildings. In the framework of the analysis of the structure of sources of coverage of capital repairs, the problem of building an effective financial mechanism for the sphere of housing and communal services in the provision of capital repairs of apartment buildings, in particular, sustainable financial support for the activities of regional operators of capital repairs.
