In the presented work as the author, on the basis of studying of rather big array of regulations and other sources, the analysis of a legal regulation of the administrative and legal doctrine of modern Russia is carried out. Some results of modernization of fundamental provisions of the theory of administrative law in the context of the Constitution of the Russian Federation are summed up.
