The legal force of acts of official interpretation

The article deals with acts of official interpretation as a category in which the nature of legal force as a General legal phenomenon is considered. The categories in question can, by their characteristics, both relate to regulatory legal acts, and have only their own characteristics that distinguish them from regulatory legal acts in General, as well as from each other, in particular. Having considered the legal nature of acts of official interpretation, concludes that such acts they play an independent role, and not subsidiary to the normative legal acts. Having many specific features of normative legal acts, acts of interpretation go hand in hand with them, interacting on public relations in a complex way.
