Stages of formation of the constitutional state, specifics and features in the national western civilization of legal culture

This article is devoted to development, formation of stages of the constitutional state in the western culture. The relevance of article consists that now both in east, and in the western civilization there are no constitutional states, takes place to be to the kvazepravovy states. There is a question of nihilism in the constitutional state. Merge of traditional and social aspects in the western civilization promotes creation of a new stage of formation of the constitutional state. Now the culture of the western civilization has the greatest chances for development of the constitutional state and full eradication of nihilism.
