Increase in effective management of the organization of services sector with use of modern systems of business analytics

In this article the problem of improvement of management of the organization of services sector is considered. SWOT analysis of activity of the organization of services sector is carried out and the development strategy of the organization is defined. Need of application of a system of monitoring of a condition of business and the external environment with use of tools of modern business analytics is revealed. The model of functioning of processes of the business analysis when using a BI system is made and highlights of its introduction are described. For justification of introduction of BI tools calculation and comparison of key indicators of process of drawing up the business analysis is carried out.
