Conditions and mechanisms to combat corruption, protectionism

In this article corruption is considered as an integral social and legal phenomenon, and protectionism, as one of the forms of corruption; the author's view on the problem of corruption is given, examples of its manifestation are given, a number of conditions and mechanisms of fight against corruption and protectionism are reflected. The relevance of the research topic is due to the manifestation of negative trends, destructive processes associated with the growth of corruption in modern Russia, creating a real threat to the national security of the state, as well as the need to counter this phenomenon, especially in the public service.
