Unmanaged objects of engineering infrastructure

The article deals with the problem questions of unmanaged objects of engineering infrastructure. Author analyzing the concept of unmanaged objects and make recommendations for improvement. Also author analyzing causes of refugee unmanaged objects and ways issuance them into civil flow. Currently, does not have separation of competencies between local self-governments and supplying organization in using unmanaged objects. In addition does not have a uniform legislative regulation for different types of engineering infrastructure. According to the author, this shortcoming in law need to be addressed. The article contains possible measures to remedy the situation.
