Features of the concept «objective form»

In the article the author analyzes the existing scientific ideas about the concept of «objective form», substantiates its own characteristics of the concept on the basis of the selected legal features. Proposes a definition of «objective form», a new version of paragraph 3 of Art. 1259 of the civil code.
