Analysis of factors of influence on the optimality criterion at the optimization of project costs

The relevance of the study is to determine the significance of the qualification factor in project management. When optimizing labor costs in a project, it is necessary to clearly understand which resources most affect the optimality criterion. The purpose of this article is to analyze the stability of the optimality criterion based on given values, in other words, to determine which constraints form the optimal solution to a greater extent. The result of the article is the ranking of project constraints depending on their influence on the optimality criterion in the project of Kazan Electrotechnical Plant.
